Your accreditation paperwork, written and submitted for you.

Small contractors lose days every year to policy documents and portal forms just to stay on approved supplier lists. We do the whole document side for a fixed fee — so you can get back on site.

Renewal due soon? Send us the date and we'll work back from it.

Why this takes so long when you do it yourself

None of it is difficult. It's just long, fiddly, and written in a language that has nothing to do with the actual job.

The document list

Ten or more policies, all mandatory

Equality and diversity, environmental, quality, anti-bribery, whistleblowing, data protection, modern slavery. Miss one and the application is rejected before anyone reads it.

The rewrite loop

Generic templates get bounced

Downloaded templates with another company's name still in them are the most common rejection we see. Assessors want documents that reference your business, your size and your work.

The clock

It expires every twelve months

Accreditations lapse annually. Drop off the list and you stop being invited to price work — often without being told why.

Exactly what you get — and what we don't touch

We are document specialists, not safety consultants. Being straight about that line is how you avoid a failed assessment.

Included in every package

  • Full mandatory policy set, written for your company and trade
  • Company details, insurances and accreditation evidence collated
  • Organisation chart and responsibilities statement
  • Portal application completed and submitted on your behalf
  • Assessor queries answered and documents revised until you pass
  • Everything supplied as editable files you keep and own
  • Diary reminder and a fixed renewal price before expiry

Every document is dated, version-controlled and signed off by you before submission.

Not included — deliberately

  • Acting as your named competent health & safety adviser
  • Site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)
  • On-site inspections, audits or toolbox talks
  • Legal advice on employment or contractual matters

Schemes require a genuinely competent person for safety advice. We work alongside your existing adviser rather than pretending to replace them — and we'll tell you upfront if you don't have one yet.

Fixed prices, quoted before we start

Prices below exclude VAT and the scheme's own membership fee, which you pay directly to CHAS, Constructionline or SafeContractor.

How it works

One call, one document request, then we take it off your hands.

Short call

Fifteen minutes. Which scheme, what tier, how many staff, when it expires. You get a fixed price the same day.

One request list

We ask once for insurance certificates, company details and your safety adviser's credentials. Nothing more after that.

We write and submit

Drafts come to you for approval, then we complete the portal and submit. Typically five to ten working days.

Through to pass

If the assessor raises anything, we handle it and resubmit at no extra cost. Then we diary your renewal.

Questions contractors actually ask

Do you guarantee I'll pass?

No, and be wary of anyone who does — the assessor makes that decision, not us. What we do guarantee is that we keep revising and resubmitting at no extra charge until you pass. If you fail because you genuinely don't meet a scheme requirement, such as having no competent safety adviser in place, we'll tell you that before you spend anything.

Can you be our health and safety adviser?

No. Schemes require a demonstrably competent person, evidenced by qualifications such as NEBOSH or chartered IOSH membership. We write documents; we don't provide safety advice. If you don't have an adviser, we can point you to the official register and get the paperwork ready in the meantime.

Is the scheme fee included in your price?

No. You pay CHAS, Constructionline or SafeContractor directly for membership — that keeps your relationship with the scheme in your name. Our fee covers the documents and the submission work only.

Do I own the documents afterwards?

Yes. Everything is delivered as editable Word files with no restrictions. If you decide to handle next year's renewal yourself, you can.

How is this different from buying a template pack online?

Honestly, if you're comfortable editing thirty documents to reflect your business and then navigating the portal yourself, a template pack is cheaper and will work. People use us because they don't want to spend the two or three days it takes, and because generic templates are the most common reason applications get bounced.

What if my renewal is next week?

Tell us the date. If we can't realistically hit it we'll say so rather than take your money — but most schemes allow a short grace period and we can usually work to a tight deadline.

Tell us the scheme and your renewal date. We'll come back the same working day with a price, or tell you honestly if you don't need us.

We'll only use your details to reply to this enquiry. No marketing lists.
